The Operator arranges bookings of visa run bus trips and visa services in Vietnam; the trips and visa processing themselves are performed by third-party Service Providers (carriers and visa agents). The Operator is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Booking data is retained for the duration necessary to complete the trip and handle any follow-up inquiries, typically up to 6 months after travel. Photos uploaded for visa processing are deleted within 30 days after the trip.
